You must provide accurate information, keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use. Accounts are for customers aged 18 or over. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, staff or the website.

We take reasonable care with descriptions, photographs, condition, availability and prices, but stock can change. A website reservation is a request to hold or arrange an item; it is not a completed sale until we confirm the item, price, fulfilment and payment with you.

Second-hand devices may show reasonable signs of previous use. Any material condition issue known to us should be described before purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Website repair information and initial estimates are indicative until a technician inspects the device. We will seek your approval before carrying out chargeable work beyond an agreed scope. Timescales may change if parts, further faults or specialist work are required.

You should back up important data where possible and remove SIM or memory cards unless we ask you to leave them. We take reasonable care, but faults, prior damage or repair procedures can make data inaccessible. Tell us before work begins if data recovery is the main purpose of the service.

A repair tracker is a convenience for viewing limited progress information; our staff remain the authoritative source for diagnosis, price, timescale, collection and warranty decisions. A tracker link or QR code is intended to be private but can be opened by anyone who receives it. You are responsible for sharing it only with people you trust and telling us promptly if it should be revoked.

Collection or delivery is available only where confirmed by us. You are responsible for providing a safe, complete and accurate address and being available during the agreed window. Fees and timing will be shown or agreed before the service is confirmed.

We may invite a customer to review a completed repair or recorded in-store purchase using a unique link. A verified label means the invitation was connected to a genuine transaction in our records; it does not mean we edited or endorsed the customer's opinion.

Reviews may be moderated for authenticity, personal information, unlawful content, threats, spam or material unrelated to the transaction. We do not reject a review simply because it is negative. You must describe your genuine experience and must not include another person's private information.

Do not attempt to bypass security, access another person's account, upload malicious or unlawful material, send abusive messages, or use the website in a way that disrupts the service. You must own, or have authority to request work on, any device you submit.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from consumer use of the website.

We may update these terms when the website or law changes. The terms in force when a service or sale is agreed will apply to that transaction. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers retain any mandatory rights about where proceedings may be brought.
